Overview
At GiHub Solutions Ltd, our priority is to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain categories of goods cannot be returned, including:

Flammable liquids or gases

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may issue partial refunds in situations such as:

Books with clear signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records

Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, return processing times may vary.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
